Yieldly AB (organization number: 559410–2575) ("Yieldly") is the data controller for the processing of personal data as described below.
Contact Information: contact@yieldly.se.
Within the framework of Yieldly's business, it is rarely relevant to process personal data other than those that are directly necessary to initiate and maintain a business relationship between the business that you represent and Yieldly. For example, name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, professional role, and address of the business you represent.
Employees of the companies that directly and indirectly own Yieldly may be granted access to your personal data for knowledge and business purposes, based on their need to have access to it. Advisors and others with a legitimate interest may also process your personal data, such as lawyers, auditors and others who assist Yieldly in their business. In order to initiate and maintain a business relationship, Yieldly uses external service providers (data processors). For example, e-mail service, customer register, operation and hosting of this website, cloud storage of documents such as agreements, invoices, reports and assignment documents. Such service providers may only process your personal data in accordance with Yieldly's documented instructions.
Some of the recipients listed above may be located outside the EU/EEA. If this is the case, Yieldly ensures that adequate safeguards have been taken, such as adequacy decisions recognized by the EU Commission or standard contractual clauses.
The criteria for how long Yieldly stores personal data consist of the data protection law principle that personal data should not be stored longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and the complexity and scope of the business relationship.
For some processing, however, it is easier to set a precise storage period based on the above mentioned principle, for example for accounting information, possible guarantee commitments, and to subscribe to newsletters.
